SYKATEC can welcome you with its 15,000 square metre factory space, state-of-the-art machinery and, above all, individuals who know their trade. 80% of our staff are skilled workers trained as industrial mechanics, tool makers, locksmiths and welders. Our technical employees have either a university degree, have completed a technical training or have a master craftsman`s diploma.
With all this know-how not only do we knock things into the proper shape, we also put them into the proper picture, as far as colour is concerned. We lacquer large-sized components measuring up to a maximum of 2000 mm x 2500 mm x 7000 mm.

- 1 high-speed laser cutting centre with 2 lasers, material thickness up to 20 mm, operating range up to 2500 mm x 1250 mm
- 7 NC controlled folding presses, bending length up to 3100 mm,
printing pressure 250 kN to 2000 kN
- 2 chamfering devices, max. width of parts: 900 mm
- 2 spray booths for large-sized components
- 1 powder coating equipment for parts up to
2200 mm x 1300 mm x 500 mm
- 2 universal milling machines with CNC control,
operating range up to 1000 mm x 700 mm x 625 mm
- 4 horizontal milling centres,
operating range up to 800 mm x 500 mm x 710 mm
- 4 vertical milling centres: operating range 2940 mm x 750 mm x 700 mm
- 4 presses for insert nuts and other connecting elements up to size M12
- 1 edge forming machine
