Semi-automated small parts painting system/
Powder coating system from Rippert

With the commissioning of our new semi-automated
powder coating system, we are setting another milestone in our production.
The modern system enables us to efficiently and reliably coat small parts with
workpiece dimensions of up to 2,300 mm in length, 700 mm in width and 1,500 mm in height with a maximum suspended weight of 300 kg.
Thanks to the latest technology, we are able to flexibly process both aluminium and steel in accordance with the DB standard. For our customers, this means more design freedom, shorter throughput times and the highest coating quality – customised to individual requirements.

Another benefit: our new powder coating system supports CO₂-neutral production and therefore makes an important contribution to sustainable production.

Greater flexibility, better results – benefit from state-of-the-art surface technology from a single source.

Fiber-Laser-Technology

With our new state-of-the-art fibre laser system, we are expanding our range of sheet metal processing services with another pioneering process.
The system enables extremely precise cutting of a wide range of materials and impresses with the highest cutting quality – even with complex contours.

Technical highlights of the system:

  • Maximum sheet size: 2500 x 1250 mm
  • Mild steel: up to 50 mm
  • Stainless steel: up to 50 mm
  • Aluminium: up to 40 mm
  • Copper: up to 16 mm
  • Brass: up to 12,7 mm

Thanks to the high cutting performance and precision, we are able to manufacture both delicate and robust components efficiently and economically. As a result, we not only increase our productivity, but also offer our customers an even wider range of customised metal processing solutions.
