Materials
We process a wide range of different materials for our bonded modules
– both metallic and non-metallic materials.
Typical materials include aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised steel, but we also use plastics, glass and composite materials. Different materials can be combined without any problems and are specially tailored to your technical and mechanical requirements.
We bond components both before and after surface treatment (powder coating).
Bonding process
Depending on requirements, we use different bonding technologies, including 1K and 2K adhesive systems, reactive adhesives, structural bonding, and UV or temperature-cured
processes.
The selection of the appropriate process is made in close consultation with you and takes into account factors such as material pairing, load, temperature resistance and production speed. This results in a permanently reliable bond – precise, clean and resilient.
