Wiring loom assembly
SYKATEC offers ready-made cable harnesses made of single and multi-core cables for a wide range of applications in industry and in the railway sector. A combination of crimping elements with over 100-pin plugs is a matter of course for us. Also cable cross-sections of 0.14mm² – 10mm². Direct use is possible thanks to our 100% control using cable testers in the area of connection tests, short-circuit tests, component tests and, depending on the requirements, insulation tests in our in-house test facility. Our daily processes include crimping, cutting, laying, printing, twisting, assembling, wiring and testing.
